Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions before your first braai? We've got the answers.
The BraaiBru is a cordless, electric grill cleaner designed to make cleaning your braai effortless. Simply switch it on, press it against your grill grates and let the electric motor do all the hard work for you. The high-speed cleaning head blasts through burnt-on food and char in seconds — no scrubbing, no chemicals and no wire bristles that could end up in your food. The built-in LED light lets you see exactly what you're cleaning, even in low light. Once you're done, your grill is clean and ready to go.
Your order includes the BraaiBru Electric Grill Cleaner, USB-C charging cable, and user guide.
The BraaiBru charges via USB-C, making it quick and convenient to recharge almost anywhere.
A full charge provides up to 1 hour of cleaning time, enough for multiple braais before needing a recharge.
Not at all — the BraaiBru is built to last. The only thing you'll ever need to replace is the stainless steel cleaning brush head, which is available separately. Simply swap it out when it's worn down and your BraaiBru performs like new. One device, built for a lifetime of braais.
We deliver anywhere in South Africa within 5–10 business days using Aramex couriers. Once your order is placed you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your BraaiBru every step of the way. We work hard to get it to you as fast as possible — because your braai isn't going to clean itself.
